Cancellation Policy

Up to 1 week before arrival, no charge, but loss of deposit (£10.00 per room)

In the event of cancellation for whatever reason within 1 week prior to arrival, we will make every effort to re-let the room(s) you have booked but you will lose your deposit.

• If we do re-let there you will only loose your deposit.
• If we are unable to re-let we will charge 1/3rd of the full cost of your stay.

We will charge for the first night accommodation if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before arrival.

• We will make every effort to re-let the room(s) you have booked.
• If we do re-let there will only be loss of deposit.
• We will charge 1/3rd of the full cost of your stay if we are unable to re-let.

We will charge the whole amount due in the event of a "non arrival"
